Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar - Welcome to Heaven on Earth
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. Relax with a Shikara ride on Dal Lake , passing floating gardens and quaint houseboats. Later, visit the iconic Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar - Culture, Crafts & Views
Begin your day with a visit to Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic city views. Then explore Hazratbal Shrine , Jamia Masjid , and the bustling old city. In the evening, enjoy a cup of Kahwa while browsing for handicrafts , Pashmina shawls , and local saffron in Meena Bazaar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar _ Pahalgam - The Shepherd 's Paradise (90 km / ~2.5 - 3 hrs)
After breakfast, head to Pahalgam , nestled along the Lidder River. On the way, visit the saffron fields of Pampore and Avantipur ruins . In Pahalgam, enjoy the alpine air and breathtaking scenery. Optional activities: pony rides , nature walks, or shopping for woolens. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 4: Pahalgam _ Srinagar - Valleys & Return
After breakfast, you may visit Betaab Valley , Aru Valley , or Chandanwari (local vehicle needed, at own cost). Later, return to Srinagar for your final evening. Enjoy a rela xed lakeside dinner or an optional second Shikara ride . Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight, filled with memories of snow, serenity, and saffron-kissed mornings.
