Day 1: Arrival in Coorg - Welcome to the Scotland of India
Arrive at Mysore or Mangalore and drive to Coorg, Karnataka's beloved coffee capital. After check -in at your plantation resort or boutique homestay, spend the rest of the day exploring the lush coffee estates and learning about bean -to-brew processes. Later, relax amidst the misty hills with a bonfire dinner. Overnight in Coorg.
Day 2: Exploring Coorg - Waterfalls, Temples & Views
After breakfast, visit the majestic Abbey Falls and then head to the Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) in Bylakuppe - the second -largest Tibetan settlement in India. Later, explore Raja's Seat, Omkareshwara Temple, and Madikeri Fort. You may also stop at local spice markets. End the day with a Kodava -style dinner. Overnight in Coorg.
Day 3: Coorg to Chikmagalur - A Scenic Western Ghats Drive
Post breakfast, drive to Chikmagalur, a serene hill town known for its sprawling coffee estates and verdant landscapes. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of winding roads and forest -covered hills. After check -in, spend the evening relaxing at your stay amidst nature. Overnight in Chikmagalur.
Day 4: Discovering Chikmagalur - Peaks & Plantations
Start your day with a visit to Mullayanagiri, the highest peak in Karnataka. Then head to Baba Budangiri and the serene Manikyadhara Falls. Post lunch, visit a coffee m useum and enjoy a short trek or plantation walk. Don't forget to sample the region's finest brews. Overnight in Chikmagalur.
Day 5: Departure from Mysore / Mangalore
Post breakfast, drive through scenic ro ads to Coorg, the land of coffee and spice. Arrive and check into a plantation stay. Unwind amidst nature and take a short walk through the coffee estate. Overnight in Coorg.
