Day 1: Arrival in Shillong - Scotland of the East

Day 2: Day Trip to Cherrapunji - Where Clouds Kiss the Earth
After breakfast, e mbark on a day trip to Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth. En route, enjoy stunning views of deep gorges, rolling hills, and waterfalls. Your day will include visits to Nohkalikai Falls - India's tallest plunge waterfall, Mawsmai Caves with fa scinating limestone formations, and Seven Sisters Falls. Stop at eco -parks and viewpoints along the way to soak in the endless vistas. Return to Shillong by evening. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Day 3: Explore Shillong - Culture, Lakes & Panoramas
Today is all about discovering Shillong. After breakfast, visit the picturesque Umiam Lake (Barapani), perfect for boating or lakeside relaxation. Then head to Shillong Peak for panoramic views of the city, followed by Elephant Falls, cascading in three graceful l ayers. Dive into the cultural tapestry at Don Bosco Museum, showcasing the heritage of North East India. If time permits, enjoy a quiet moment at the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians. Evening at leisure to enjoy local caf's and markets. Overnight in Sh illong.
Day 4: Departure from Shillong
After breakfast, check out and proceed for your return journey from Shillong Airport or drive back to Guwahati. Take with you the fresh mountain air, misty memories, and the peace that Shillong gently wraps around every traveller.
After breakfast, drive down from the highlands of Pelling to Darjeeling, the legendary hill station of West Bengal. As you cross into Bengal, you'll notice a shift in architecture, tea gardens, and town life . On arrival, check in and relax. In the evening, sip authentic Darjeeling tea while enjoying the colonial - era vibe of the town. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
