Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City - Southern Gateway
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City , a dynamic blend of French colonial charm and modern buzz. Transfer to your hotel and unwind. Later, explore Ben Thanh Market , take a stroll down Nguyen Hue Boulevard , and enjoy dinner at a local Vietnamese restaurant.
Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels & City Tour Highlights
Start the day with a guided tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels , a complex underground system used during the Vietnam War. Return to Saigon for lunch, then visit the Reunification Palace , Notre Dame Cathedral , and Saigon Central Post Office . In the evening, consider a Saigon River cruise or a motorbike street food tour .
Day 3: Fly to Hanoi - A Cultural Contrast
