Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad - The City of Heritage
Arrive at Ahmedabad Airport , where our representative will greet you. Begin with a heritage introduction - visit the Sabarmati Ashram , Adalaj Stepwell , and Sidi Saiyyed Mosque . Enjoy a heritage walk through the pols of old Ahmedabad in the evening or visit the beautiful Kankaria Lakefront . Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
Day 2: Day Excursion to Patan & Modhera - Stepwells & Sun Temple (260 km
round trip) After breakfast, embark on a day excursion to two of Gujarat's architectural marvels. First, visit Rani Ki Vav, the exquisite stepwell in Patan (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Then drive to Modhera Sun Temple , an 11th -century temple dedicated to the solar deity, perfectly aligned with the equinox sun. Return to Ahmedabad by evening. Optional: Traditional Gujarat i dinner at Vishalla Village Restaurant . Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.
Day 3: Ahmedabad to Sasan Gir - Into the Wild (330 km / 7 hrs)
Post breakfast, begin your journey southward to Sasan Gir , home to the Asiatic Lions. Enjoy scenic rural Gujarat on the wa y. Upon arrival, check -in at a premium jungle lodge and relax. In the evening, enjoy tribal folk performances around a bonfire. Dinner and overnight stay in Gir.
Day 4: Gir Jungle Safari & Local Exploration
Wake up early for your Gir Jungle Safari (requir es advance booking) to explore the wilderness of Gir National Park . Spot Asiatic lions, leopards, and diverse birdlife. After the safari, rest at the lodge or explore the nearby Devaliya Safari Park . Enjoy a peaceful evening in the forest setting. Overnigh t stay in Gir.
Day 5: Gir to Diu - From Forests to Beaches (100 km / 2.5 hrs)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and check out from your hotel. A private transfer will take you to the Airport or Railway Station for your journey home, carrying the charm of North's energy and South's serenity with you.
Day 6: Leisure Day in Diu - Caves, Temples & Water Sports
After a relaxed breakfast, explore Naida Caves , known for their unique rock formations and light play. Visit the Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple where Shiva lingas are bathed by sea waves. Afternoon free for water sports at Nagoa Beach or simply lounge with a book by the pool. Overnight stay in Diu.
Day 7: Diu to Rajkot via Somnath (270 km / 6 hrs)
Check out and drive toward Rajkot , with a divine detour to Somnath Temple - one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a magnificent seaside shrine. Witness the grand temple architecture and enjoy a spiritual moment at the h oly site. Later, continue to Rajkot , and check -in at your hotel. Enjoy local shopping or street food in the evening. Overnight stay in Rajkot.
Day 8: Departure from Rajkot
After breakfast, transfer to Rajkot Airport for your return flight, carrying back memories of Gujarat's diverse and enriching journey from heritage cities and stepwells to jungle safaris and sea breeze escapes.
