Cancellation Policy
1.  Land Package (Regular Period)
  • Up to 60 days before departure → 40% cancellation charge
  • 59–46 days before departure → 75% cancellation charge
  • 45–31 days before departure → 80% cancellation charge
  • 30 days or less before departure → 100% cancellation charge
  • No cancellations or changes allowed after departure
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
2.  Land Package (Christmas & New Year Period / Certain Destinations with Strict Policies)
  • Up to 60 days before departure → 75% cancellation charge
  • 59–46 days before departure → 80% cancellation charge
  • 45–0 days before departure → 100% cancellation charge
  • Some destinations under this period have a 100% cancellation penalty regardless of notice period
3.  Flights
  • Flight cancellations and changes are as per the airline’s own Terms & Conditions
Currency & Payment Policy
  1. Our holiday prices are quoted in multiple currencies — USD, SGD, EUR, IDR, AUD, LKR, AED, THB, MUR, RM, and INR. As these rates are subject to currency fluctuations, the higher value between the quoted currency rate and INR will apply at the time of final payment for your booking.
  2. To avoid additional charges due to currency fluctuations, we strongly recommend making full payment at the time of booking.
  3. For bookings with part payments, takeatripholidays.in reserves the right to apply the higher applicable rate from the original quote until the final payment is received.
  4. In cases where full and final payment is not made at the time of booking, and currency rates (USD, SGD, EUR, IDR, AUD, LKR, AED, THB, MUR, RM) fluctuate thereafter, we reserve the right to revise the price or cancel your booking. To prevent such risks, please settle the full payment upon booking.
Refund Policy
  1. As a tour operator/travel agent, we act as intermediaries, facilitating bookings through third-party vendors for hotels, transportation, and other services. Since we don't own these services, our refund policy is contingent upon the terms set by these vendors.
Key Points:
  1. ⁠Refunds & Cancellations: If applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective supplier. Our service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. ⁠Vendor Denied Refunds: We aren't responsible for refunds denied by airlines, hotels, transport vendors, or other third-party vendors. In such cases, we're bound by the vendor's policies.
Important: By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation policies of the vendors before confirming your booking.
