Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar - City of Lakes & Gardens
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel or houseboat. Later, enjoy a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake , gliding past floating gardens and houseboats. Visit the famed Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, a nd Chashme Shahi. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar - Spiritual Touch & Heritage Trails
Begin your day with a visit to Shankaracharya Temple , offering panoramic views of Srinagar city. Then explore the Hazratbal Shrine and the traditional market s of Meena Bazaar or Lal Chowk . Sample local Kashmiri delicacies and handicrafts. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Srinagar _ Sonmarg - Valley of Gold (80 km / ~2.5 hrs)
Post breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg , also known as the Meadow of Gold . On arrival, enjoy optional activities like pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier , fishing by the Sindh River , or trekking (if weather permits). Surrounded by fir -covered slopes and snow -clad peaks, Sonmarg is perfect for nature lovers. Overnight stay in So nmarg.
Day 4: Sonmarg _ Srinagar - Leisure & Lakeside Charm
Wake up to the mountain air and take a stroll along Sonmarg's alpine meadows. After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. Check -in and enjoy your evening relaxing at a lakeside caf' or shopping for Pashmina shawls , saffron , and hand -carved souvenirs . Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight back, carrying cherished memories of Kashmir's calm and charm.
