Itinerary Details
Day 1: Arrival in Kochi transfers to Munnar
Upon your arrival at Kochi Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, you'll be greeted by our representative and transferred through the scenic hill roads to Munnar. As you drive through winding paths, enjoy glimpses of lush tea ga rdens, waterfalls, and colonial -era bungalows. Check in at a premium resort, unwind and enjoy the misty weather.
Day 2: Exploration of Munnar.
Post breakfast, head out for a full -day exploration of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park, home to the endang ered Nilgiri Tahr. Later, explore Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. Stroll through the fragrant Tea Museum and return to your resort for a peaceful evening amidst nature.
Day 3: Munnar to Tekkady
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady, home to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, check in at a luxury eco -lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a serene boat ride on Periyar Lake where you may spot elephants and bison along the banks. In the evening, you can opt for a cultural show or spice plantation walk.
Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey - the Venice of the East. Check into a traditional luxury houseboat and cruise through the tranquil backwaters, watching village life unfold on the banks. Enjoy freshly prepared Keral a meals onboard and spend the night anchored amidst nature.
Day 5: Alleppey to Kochi.
