Daywise itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar - Mughal Gardens & Lake Views
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel/houseboat. After check -in, enjoy a rejuvenating Shikara ride on the scenic Dal Lake. Later, visit the enchanting Mughal Gardens - Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. End the day with serene lakeside views at sunset. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 2: Srinagar _ Gulmarg - Into the Snowy Wonderland (52 km / ~2 hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to the picturesque town of Gulmarg , famed for its lush green slopes and winter snow. On arrival, check -in to your hotel. Later, enjoy the world -renowned Gondola ride (phases I & II) offering panoramic views of the Himalayas. Optional activities include sledging, skiing (in season), or walk ing to the Maharani Temple . Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 3: Gulmarg _ Srinagar - Shopping & Local Sights
After breakfast, return to Srinagar. Visit Shankaracharya Temple for a bird's eye view of the city and explore Hazratbal Shrine by the banks of Dal Lake. Spend the evening shopping in Meena Bazaar for local saffron, carpets, and Pashmina shawls. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar - Culture, Crafts & Leisure
This day is reserved for personal exploration and relaxation. You may opt for a herit age walk through old Srinagar, visit Jamia Masjid , or take another peaceful Shikara ride . Don't forget to try a traditional Wazwan meal . Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 5: Departure from Srinagar
Post breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport for your return journey with blessings from the Himalayas and serene memories of Kashmir.
